Tutoring Style and/or Experience
I have credentials in math, chemistry, and the sciences as well as 5 years teaching experience and over 10 years tutoring experience. Over the years students of all ages have seen that I have the ability to help them become successful or excel in subjects that they find challenging. My teaching style combines excellent academic standards with strategies that are motivational and help students to truly understand their subjects. As a result, ALL of my tutoring students have improved their grades (some dramatically) and even learned to enjoy their work. When I was a full time teacher, the overwhelming majority of my students earned very high grades, and had excellent scores in California standard exams, an other standard exams such as the RN exam, and SAT and SATII tests. Many of my students have also been accepted to excellent private schools, prep schools, colleges, and graduate programs. And several have earned excellent scholarships.
