I am good at explaining things, providing examples and helpful analogies that facilitate the learning process. When I tutor I usually ask my students questions from previous material just to check if they have the basis for understanding the new material. I like communication. I try to get to know my students better so I can be better at helping them improve their academic performance. In any event, I try to think of a unique strategy of helping a student since people are different and some prefer specific learning methods over others.
