I am a patient and encouraging tutor. I understand that every student learns differently and has strengths ands weaknesses in various subjects. Therefore, I tend to focus on the student's strengths in order to encourage them. I believe that working on a student's weaknesses requires the tutor to find out why that student is struggling in the subject. It can be boredom, inconsistencies in the teacher's methods of delivery, or a learning disability. With that said, I am very experienced in this field. I was coordinator of a tutoring program for nearly two years. Furthmore, I am an Education Major in college and I intern in various school each semester.
