I do classroom teaching as well as one-on-one tutoring. I bring enthusiasm and humor to the sessions and I have a lively style that keeps the student engaged. I like to use every day situations and topics in the classes to make the lessons memorable and personal. I have been trained in two different styles of tutoring...one that is curriculum based, and one that is more free-style. I like to make my classes a blend of both. If the students are relaxed and can have fun while learning, I consider it to be a great success!
