Before really going into the details of the topic I generally ask thought provoking questions so that student also contributes and do not become a 'listner' only. I don't believe in just giving the answers but I want to 'lead' to the answer. I achieve this by 'explaining the concepts and also by asking the students' answer before answering any question. My over 24 years of teaching Math and Science at college level, and a Ph. D. in physics is my help in achieving my goals.
