Hello all,

First off, I'd like to say that I appreciate the opportunity and look forward to helping you or your child further develop their skills and understanding of Mathematics and/or Reading.

I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2006, where I majored in Math and minored in Studio Arts. While attending Pitt, I also tutored athletes in their math classes and volunteered for a semester at a local YMCA through the Universities America Reads program. Both proved to be very rewarding and a great learning opportunity for me that I'd like to utilize... hopefully with you!

Since I graduated, I began a career in Real Estate within the Mortgage Industry. While I enjoy this line of work, a part of me misses tutoring and would be happy to help in any way I can.

I value the importance of being able to breakdown concepts to the students’ level of understanding. I think my background in Studio Arts also allows me to add a creative spin to mathematics that would potentially keep a less interested student more attentive. I’m patient, genuine, and driven to help you or your child succeed, and hopefully develop a new found appreciation for the subject.
