I am currently in my fifteenth year of teaching. I educate third grade students and serve as a Teacher Support Specialist (mentor) to new teachers in Cobb County, GA. I have also taught second grade for four years in Prince George’s County, MD.

I am extremely familiar with the Georgia standards for elementary children. I can also be of great assistance with CRCT practice and preparation for your child.

I incorporate students’ interests and learning styles, technology, and real world situations into the teaching process in order to make learning relevant and meaningful. Regardless of circumstances, I have high expectations for children and I engage them in challenging performance-based tasks and critical thinking activities in order to prepare them to become independent, productive citizens who value and respect education, themselves, and others.

Educating children is my passion. I love helping others and I would be honored to help you.
