Tutor Personal Information

I have being a tutor and also have been teaching in various capacities. I am currently a substitute teacher and owner of my own tutorial service (newly re-opened). I have owned a tutorial service in the past and then did one on one tutoring.

My style of tutoring is student leadership and teaching. Allowing the student to lead and you follow and help to guide only when necessary. This allows the student to work independently as much as possible and it helps to build the student's self-confidence because the more he/she feel they are capable of doing the better self-esteem the will have. They will began to see that they have more control over the learning process and education then originally thought.
