I've been a tutor with the University of Louisiana at Monroe's Writing Center for a year now. I've had few, if any, complaints from students and have received a number of compliments and thanks. The subject that I am best at helping students with is essay writing. I help students with the idea gathering and research processes, but also with the editing and proofreading processes as well. I love my job, but I only work part-time, so I was hoping to find more opportunities to help people who really need assistance.
