Hi! I'm Rina. I'm a college graduate with a BBA in Business Honors and a BA in Psychology. During undergrad, I was a member of the speech team and spent a lot of time competing in public speaking and acting events. I also have a Master's from the London School of Economics in International Health Policy and am completing my Law degree at the moment.

I have been an intern and a teacher with a math learning center for over a year. I also have worked and am currently working at a computer camp where I cover topic areas including web design, game design, Visual Basic, Flash animation, and digital photography.

In a less formal manner, I have tutored peers in English writing, literature, math (all levels), biology, public speaking/speech, acting, and computers/IT subject areas.

I have formal teaching/tutoring experience for ages 4-20. I have not taught ages below 4 yet, but am good with all kids. Additionally, I have experience tutoring gifted, home schooled, remedial, and learning disabled students. I am patient and willing to tutor any student and work to fit their needs.

As a tutor, I take learning very seriously and invest myself in the progress of my students. I know that its not always about how quickly a student gets it, but I strive to make certain that they truly understand the subject matter. I am patient and always ready to take on new approaches to learning in the hopes that it will make it even more fun and successful for everyone involved.
