Students learn in many different ways and I feel that it is my responsiblity as the tutor to accomodate to each student individually. It is important to me that if a student does not understand the topic at hand it is because I haven't explained it well enough. Many students struggle in math because of confidence and not because of capabilities. Because of this, I feel it is my responsibility to heighten the confidence level.
