I seek to capture the individual spirit and wonder of learning in each student and help them to nurture it through to fruition. I believe that this, coupled with hard work, dedication, skill, and persistency will help each child to reach their full potential and develop a life long love of learning. My previous tutoring experience indicates that the best results are achieved by pinpointing the student’s academic strengths and weaknesses via pertinent skills assessment testing and then using the results to develop a personalized learning plan tailored to the student's academic needs. Throughout, I submit periodic progress reports evaluating the student’s progress and learning goals.
