I taught anatomy and physiology for 5 years at the college level, and worked as a teaching assistant for biology for 6 years. I have tutored high school chemistry, math and biology. I can explain anything in biology from junior high to a graduate level, especially if I can research more difficult subjects first.

I tend to like to use everyday examples that help a student relate to a biology subject. Although, sometimes silly, these stick with a student better so they can complete course work.

For chemistry, I tend to allow the students to understand the basics behind chemistry making it easier to complete assigned problems.
