Hello my name is Russell and I am currently a graduate student at
Columbia University where I major in Social Work with a specialization
in Social Enterprise Administration.
I have much experience working with youth in many different settings.
I have worked as a Recreation Specialist/ Counselor in an after-school
program for youth aged 8-15. Additionally I have coached multiple
soccer and basketball teams for youth ages 6-15. I have also worked
with families as a case manager in 2 family shelters.
In 2007 I was named B-103 Good Samaritan of the Week after creating
and coordinating a benefit dinner that was attended by over 200
people, and raised almost $50,000 for a 4-year-old girl suffering from
Neuroblastoma. I am a credentialed substance abuse counselor and am
certified in CPR/AED/First Aide.
