Prior to becoming a teacher in the Fall of 2008, I worked closely with several schools and their students to help raise not only their ability level, but also instill confidence.I believe that all children have the ability to reach high levels if challenged. My tutoring style consists of building and instilling confidence in the child so he or she will be able to take the necessary risks involved with learning.My tutoring style consists of one-on-one discussion that will connect to the real world. As most learning happens away from a desk, I tutor through outside exploration supplemented with classic desk work.
