My computing expertise comes from real-world, hands-on experience. I have worked professionally in IT for over 15 years and as a senior-level computer administrator for over 5 years. I also teach undergraduate courses at the university level, which I have just recently started doing.
Co-workers and friends alike agree that my teaching style is clear and very understandable. I have an almost natural ability of explaining concepts to people so that they understand it clearly.
