Hello! I'm Jim Vlachos, a professional tutor of 25 years' experience. I specialize in helping struggling students reach levels of understanding, confidence, and mastery which they had once thought impossible.
I personally guide my students in learning both the facts of the subject at hand and, most importantly, how to best approach and learn that subject. I see to it that our goal becomes not only to earn high grades and test scores but also for a student to become a person who understands the process of learning and how to accomplish it in any academic subject.
