While getting my Bachelor's at Florida International University, I concentrated my area of study on childhood development and early childhood education. I used this time to do my required internships throughout different schools and programs through Broward and Dade county, working one on one with students as well as groups. Patience, and understanding while working with a student is critical - discovering what learning style works best for them, and keeping an open judgement free environment is critical to obtaining success in any field.
