Tutor Personal Information

-When tutoring students, I work hard to keep the learning environment fun while maintaining strong focus and forward motion in the specific subject area. Throughout my personal experience, I know that students more easily absorb difficult concepts when they've developed a strong sense of trust and comfort with the person who is teaching.

-I continue to work with new students each year and most of these students are referred to me from past students and/or their parents.

-I tutor many subjects with an emphasis on math and science. Math topics covered range from basic math, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and calculus.

-I maintain a strong and long track record of improving a student's understanding of a topic and more importantly, building a student's confidence as he or she recognizes his or her own improvement. Frequently, I have turned C grades into A grades. I LOVE seeing this progress and am the biggest cheerleader for my students!

-I love teaching and can easily adapt my teaching that works best for the student's way of learning.

-I have a flexible schedule and can be available on relatively short notice.
