I find no greater joy than in witnessing the excitement when a student finally gets it! That is why I've dedicated my life and career to teaching. Throughout my teaching career, I have worked continuously to provide individualized, innovative lessons and challenging curriculum designed to empower students to reach their full academic and social potential. I received my Bachelors in Education with an English concentration from William Carey University. I am currently certified in the state of Mississippi to teach Language Arts to middle and high school students, and I have 5 years of experience teaching in the classroom. I've spent over 10 years as a tutor for all ages and various subjects including, but not limited to, preschool - elementary reading and math, middle and high school English, and undergraduate and master's level essay writing. In addition, I continue to tutor students in SAT and ACT prep, ASVAB, and GED testing.
