Teaching is my passion, and I find nothing more rewarding than seeing that look on a child's face when they finally get a concept they had struggled with previously.
I have been teaching math and science for the last two years and am currently enrolled in the Master of Arts in Teaching program at the University of Southern California. I am also in the process of earning my Single Subject Teaching Credential in Chemistry. Consequently, I am well-versed in a variety of teaching methods and able to provide your child with the individualized structure they need.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cellular and Molecular Neuroscience from Scripps College in Claremont, CA. In addition to my time in the classroom, I have worked as a Research Assistant in the Molecular Neuroscience Department of the Huntington Memorial Research Institute in Pasadena, CA.
