Tutor Personal Information
Tutoring Style and/or Experience
I enjoy teaching and mentoring students of all ages and backgrounds. My personal style of tutoring is enthusiastic and patient. I wish to inspire confidence in my students, so that they may enjoy the subject that originally was a struggle. I have a diverse educational background in science and the arts through my Doctorate in Chemistry and Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. I have experience in tutoring a variety of subjects including both the biological and physical sciences up to the university level as well as Spanish up to the high school level. I have many students who have kept up with me over the years, and it is always a pleasure to hear about their academic and professional successes following their tutoring experiences with me. The one-on-one interaction of tutoring allows me to hone in on each student's learning challenges whether it is the subject material itself or their learning/organizational process.
