Tutor Personal Information

I am bilingual, and as such I can teach both Hebrew and ESL from the very basics (reading and writing) as well as more advanced levels. I can also teach fast ways of understanding by context, even if you are unfamiliar with certain words.

My method is to translate simple conversations, so you can practice speaking, and build up to more intricate ones, based on your interests. My favorite way is to translate songs, so you can hear the pronunciation and learn similar sounding words.

Experience:
for nearly 8 years I have served as a general tutor and counselor at an Israeli facility dedicated to children and young adults with special needs (1998-2006).
As a university student, I was a teaching assistant at the video editing department (2006-2007).
I was the head of the translation department of the last two Tel Aviv International Student Film Festivals (2006,2008).
