I have been speaking Spanish since the first grade. I attended a Spanish immersion school for first through fourth grade where all of my classes were taught in Spanish. In high school I took advanced Spanish classes and then moved on to earn my Bachelors degree in Spanish from Towson University.

Growing up, I had difficulties retaining information and taking tests. This forced me to be creative when studying for tests or even just learning new subject matter. I try to relate material to events or people in my life in order to make it second nature. I hope to pass on my creative, yet effective, learning styles on to my students.
