I enjoy the creative process of taking complex science and making it applicable, relevant, and interesting for students. I aim to connect the processes and mechanisms discussed within biology to the experiences of the student, making it easier to understand and learn about the topics. One size does not fit all when it comes to tutoring, and I take into account the needs and goals of every student that I work with, tailoring the approaches that I use to help the student achieve their objectives. It is always my hope that this process is enjoyable for both the student and myself. People learn more effectively if they enjoy the learning experience.
